National Steering Committee of the Venezuelan Red Cross

Dr. Mario Villarroel President of the Venezuelan Red Cross presided over the National Steering Committee that took place at the Headquarters of the National Society in Caracas. In this Committee it was possible to analyze and discuss topics of great interest both for the National Society and for the country in the current situation it is going through.
