Dr. Villarroel visited the Croatian, Slovenian, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonian, and Bosnia and Herzegovina Red Cross Societies.

Dr. Villarroel met with Presidents or Secretary Generals of such National Societies: with Mr. Nenad Javornik, President of the Croatian Red Cross; with Mr. M. A. Janez Pezelj, Secretary General of the Slovenian Red Cross; with Doctor Dragan Radovanovic, President of the Red Cross of Serbia; with Doctor Asim Dizdarevic, President of the Red Cross of Montenegro; with Milcho Trajkov, President of the Ex-Yugoslavia and Macedonian Red Cross; and with Mr. Branko Leko and Mr. Dusan Kulusic, President and Secretary General, respectively, of the Red Cross Society of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The programs led by each of these National Societies were analyzed during the meetings.
