Visit to Magen David Amon (MDA) National Society, in Israel.

Dr. Villarroel visited the MDA headquarters in Tel-Aviv, Israel, where he was explained how the National Society operates, particularly the modern national ambulance transportation system. Dr. Villarroel held interviews with Dr. Noam Yifrach, Chairman of the Executive Committee; with Mr. David Abadi, Coordinator of Cooperation with the Red Cross; with Mr. Eli Bin, Director General of that National Society; and also with Miss Shira Katia, member of the International Department in the Coordination and Cooperation office. Dr. Villarroel visited the Center for National Emergency Management, where Mr. Chaim Rafalowski explained to him how it operates.

While he was in Tel-Aviv, Dr. Villarroel held conversations with top representatives of the Peres Center for Peace: Doctor Dan Shanit, General Assistant Manager and Director of Medicine, Health and Bio-Medical Technology; with Mr. Danni Shapiro, Director of Development and External Relations; and with Miss Michal Rubin, Coordinator of International Relations.
