Meeting with the President of the Congolese National Society

On September 3rd, 2009, Dr. Mario Villarroel met with the President of the Congolese Red Cross National Society, Mr. M. Christian Ndinga. During the meeting they exchanged ideas about the future of the International Federation, and strengthened the ties between their National Societies.
