XVII General Assembly of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies

From 17 to November 21, 2009, was held in the city of Nairobi, Kenya the XVII General Assembly of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies.

Dr. Villarroel attended in company of a large delegation and some relatives. During the Assembly was elected President of the International Federation Tandereku Lord Konoe who in turn chairs the Japan Red Cross.
