Special Committee of National Society of the Venezuelan Red Cross.
On the 30th of January of 2010, an Special Committee of the National Society of the Venezuelan Red Cross, with the participation of all Executive Committees of the Venezuelan Red Cross was held, in the framework of celebrating the 115 Anniversary of this National Society. In such meeting, topics of great interest for the institution were discussed. Dr. Villarroel presided these activities.
