Visit of Dr. Mario Villarroel to the Mexican Red Cross Society in the celebration the Centenary of this foundation

During the 18th and 20th day of January, Dr. Mario Villarroel visited Mexico City to attend the Centenary of the Foundation of this National Society. To that celebration the presidents Clemente Balmaceda of the Nicaraguan Red Cross, Miguel Carmona of the Costa Rica Red Cross and Juan Cuevas, President of the Ecuadorian Red Cross, also attended. 
During this visit, he could deliver the highest award of the Venezuelan Red Cross Society to the President of the Mexican Red Cross, Br. Daniel Goñi.
