Visit of the State Minister of the Red Crescent and Law of Seas of Syria to the Venezuelan Red Cross

On the 20th day of the month of May, the State Minister of the Red Crescent and Law of Seas of Syria, Doctor Bashar Al Sha´ar, performed a visit to the Venezuelan Red Cross in order to strengthen the bilateral relations between both countries and national societies.
