Meeting in Madrid of several members of the Government Board

Meeting of Dr. Mario Villarroel, President of Venezuelan Red Cross, and distinguished members of the Government Board of the International Federation was held. 
In this meeting, celebrated in the city of Madrid, Spain, the Presidents exchange ideas in relation to each one of their National Societies.
