Dr. Mario Villarroel was invited as guest lecturer for the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos of Spain, on the 24th of February of 2012, to the Act of Inauguration of the Forum of Analysis and Conclusion: Institutional Strengthening of Civil Society in International and Regional Organisms in the Ibero-American Area.
