Islamic Forum of International Humanitarian Law – Ercan

On the 29th day of February of 2012 in the city of Ercan, Dr. Mario Villarroel was invited to the Islamic Forum of International Humanitarian Law (IFIHL) – a subsidiary organism of the International Committee of the Red Crescent (ICIC), where more than 30 national societies of the movement were gathered.
