Presentation of Acknowledgment to the Venezuelan Red Cross from the Japanese Government .

On the 8th day of March of 2012, Dr. Mario Villarroel received from hands of the honorable Ambassador of Japan, accredited in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, an important acknowledgment for the work performed by the Venezuelan Red Cross in relation to the difficult moments lived by that country during the tragedy occurred last year.
