Meeting between Dr. Mario Villarroel, President of the Venezuelan Red Cross and CLACR, and Mrs. Delia Chattor, President of the Red Cross of Trinidad and Tobago, and CCORC. The meeting was held in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, during which ideas were exchanged on the national associations in the Americas.
