Dr. Mario Villarroel visits Turkey.

The President of the Venezuelan Red Cross, Dr. Mario Villarroel, visited Istanbul (Turkey) where he held conversations with several personalities of the Turkish Red Crescent, whose delegation was made up of the Chairman, Mr. Ahmet Akar Lutfi, the Director General, Mr. Omer Tasli, and the head of the Department of International Cooperation, Mrs. Deniz Solen.
