 Dr. Villarroel visit to Azerbaijan national association. During the event, the President of the Venezuelan Red Cross held an important conversation with the President of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent, Dr. Novruz Aslanov, on the future of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent.
