Dr. Mario Villarroel visits the Colombian Red Cross National Society
On May the 16TH, 2013, Dr. Mario Villarroel visited the Colombian Red Cross in Bogota, where he exchanged ideas with its President Fernando Cárdenas, about the preparations for the Bilateral Meeting between the Colombian National Society and the Venezuelan National Society, which is to be held in Maracaibo city, in the Zulia State, Venezuela, on September this year. They also discussed topics of relevance to the International Federation of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent.
