Dr. Mario Villarroel Attends the Brazilian Red Cross Centenary in Rio de Janeiro

Dr. Mario Villarroel traveled to the city of Rio de Janeiro to attend the celebration of the Brazilian Red Cross Centenary.

 This event took place from December 2 to 4, 2008. Also present at the event were the President of this National Society, Dr. Luiz Fernando Hernández and the Presidents of the following National Societies: Argentina, Osvaldo Ferrero; Uruguay, Hugo Pereira; Chile, Carmen Bustos López; and Paraguay, Luis Fernando Diaz De Bedoya.
