Russian and Viet Nam Delegations Visit Venezuela

Delegations of the Russian and Viet Nam National Red Cross Societies visited the Venezuelan Red Cross between January 18 to 22 2009. The Russian delegation was represented by its President, Ms. Raisa Lukutsova; its Vice-President, Demitri Fedotov; and its Director for International Relations, Sergey Korbey. The Viet Nam delegation was represented by its President, Mr. Tran Ngoc Tang, and its Vice-President and Secretary General, Mr. Doan Van Thai.
