From January 24 to 28, 2009, the Venezuelan Red Cross received a visit from Mrs. Eloisa Evora Borges, President of the Cape Verde Red Cross; Attorney Mr. Jorge Paulo Espirito Santo, President of the Red Cross of Sao Tome and Principe; Mrs. Makabelo Mosothoane, President of the Lesotho Red Cross; Mr. Tom Buruku, President of the Uganda Red Cross; Dr. Andimba Toivo, President, and Mrs. Dorkas Kapembe-Haiduwa, Secretary General, of the Namibia Red Cross.
