Delegations of the National Societies of Barbados, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Dominica, Belize, Grenada, and Qatar visit Venezuela

During January 2009, the following representatives of different National Red Cross Societies visited Caracas, Venezuela: Dr. Raymond Forde, President of the Barbados Red Cross and Vice-President of our International Federation; Dr. Ligia Leroux, President of the Dominican Red Cross and President of the Inter-American Committee of the Red Cross (CORI); Architect Gustavo Lara, Director-General of the Dominican Red Cross; Karen Díaz, President of the Belize Red Cross; Mrs. Lily Bowman, Director-General of the Belize Red Cross; Pastor Christopher Williams, President of the Grenada Red Cross; Mr. Terry Charles Director General of the Grenada Red Cross; Mrs. Kathleen Pinard-Byrde, Director-General of the Dominica Red Cross; Dr. Hugo Pereira, President of the Uruguayan Red Cross; and Dr. Oussedick Fawzi, Director of International Relations of the Qatar Red Crescent.
