Participation where the access of humanitarian aid to Venezuela is officially announced

On March 29, 2019, the official announcement of access to humanitarian aid to Venezuela was made by the President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. The same consisted with the presence of Dr. Mario Villarroel (President of the Venezuelan Red Cross) and Cardinal Baltazar Porras.
